The Hive was founded in 2009 by Yesenia Higuera and Benjamin Price. Over the years The Hive has been responsible for Award winning content.

YESENIA HIGUERA - CEO
Co-Founder of The Hive Media, LLC (Production Studio), Yesenia has over ten years of production and post-production experience and has collaborated with some of the film industry’s most awarded individuals on a wide variety of projects: feature films, documentaries, reality TV, commercials, and music videos.
Yesenia began her career as a Visual Effects project manager for Academy Award winning post-production Supervisor Volker Engel and Producer Marc Weigert. She went on to edit The History Channel’s featured documentary “The People Speak”, based on the critically acclaimed book “A People’s History of the United States”, produced by Chris Moore. She later produced and edited the award winning Amazon Studios feature length animation “The Alchemist Agenda”.
Yesenia works as a consultant/Editor for CAA – Creative Artists Agency. She recently produced a series for Epson America, EPSON Europe and Latin America divisions. She co-directed and produced a commercial for Robert L. Johnson’s RLJ Companies.
Yesenia produced and edited the feature photography documentary IMAGRAPHY, which premiered at the 2021 LA Art Show. In 2021 she edited the documentary A LA CALLE which premiered on HBO MAX and was nominated for an EMMY in 2022.
